We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Building Services Technician. Pay ranges from $24.00- $27.00 hr, depending on experience!

Need someone available to work 30 to 32 hours a week - including shifts on the weekend.\n\nQualifications & Skills:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.\n • Strong ability to efficiently assess and prioritize daily work orders while maintaining high-quality standards and exemplary customer service.\n • “Jack of all trades” skillset with knowledge in:\nPlumbing Electrical work Carpentry Cable box setups/IT\nResponsibilities:\n • Support maintenance needs for 287 homes on an 18-acre property, plus several additional buildings.\n • Perform general building services tasks, including:\n ◦ Moving furniture\n ◦ General maintenance and repairs\n ◦ Basic electrical work and IT\n ◦ Painting, carpentry, drywall repair\n ◦ Responding to plumbing or equipment-related HVAC emergencies\nPreferred Experience & Attributes:\n • Experience working with older adults is helpful.\n • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and energetic approach.\n • Strong commitment to providing quality customer service and five-star hospitality.\nPerks & Benefits:\n • No travel required.\n • Great working environment.\n • Full benefits package.\n\n\nBenefits:\n\nTouchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
