Chase’s growing Content organization is hiring a Creative Operations Manager to support collaborative editorial and social media teams focused on credit card lifestyle benefits. Our mission is to create best-in-class content that helps Chase customers better engage with their benefits, inspiring them to travel, shop and dine with Chase. This role reports to VP, Creative Content Production.
As Creative Operations Manager in Lifestyle, you will manage administrative and operational tasks related to video and creative production projects for web, social, and print projects illustrating the value of credit card benefits. You’ll transform strategic plans into successful projects, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, mitigating risk/issues, communicating progress and securing deliverables. You’re the most organized person you know—you take great pride in responding quickly and thoughtfully, and can balance high volume of email threads, Asana tasks and intake requests without breaking a sweat. This role is based at Chase’s 5 Manhattan West location in New York City. Employees are required to work from the office five days per week.
