Job Title: School Psychologist
Location: Columbia, SC 29223
Shift: Day 5x7.5-Hour (07:00 – 14:30)
Job Duration: 20 weeks
Job Description: We are seeking a licensed School Psychologist to support K-12 students in a dynamic educational environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience and be licensed to practice in South Carolina. This role provides a mix of direct student support, assessments, and collaboration with educators and parents to promote student well-being and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results for K-12 students.
Provide counseling, interventions, and support to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior plans.
Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with district and state guidelines.
Support data-driven decision-making to enhance student outcomes.
Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school initiatives as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a School Psychologist.
Active South Carolina School Psychologist license.
Experience working with K-12 students.
Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative, educational setting.
Schedule:
37.5 hours/week, Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 14:30.
Primarily face-to-face, with possible hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote.

Candidates must be available to work the full schedule; partial virtual candidates or those unable to meet on-site requirements will not be considered.
School year: 20-week assignment through the end of the academic year.
