Job Description & Requirements Job Description: \n\nDayshift but also some visibility for evening staff, 40 hours per week and some weekend call, every 3rd weekend.\n\nCollects relevant data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.\n\nAnalyzes the assessment data in determining diagnosis and care issues.\n\nDevelops a plan that prescribes interventions to attain outcomes.\n\nImplements the plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment.\n\n \n\n Required Qualifications:
\nMinimum 10 years in leadership role and must have L&D background.
\nGraduate of an accredited nursing program.
\nLicense, Certification, Registration
\nRegistered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
\nBLS (AHA), NRP and EFM required.
